Description

I'd seen this meme floating around and I thought it'd be fun to put this together to find what/who influences me most!
There's some writing down here if you're interested in why these certain artists influence me. Excuse me if there is grammar or spelling mistakes. qwq

Hyanna-Natsu Hyan has always been my biggest influence in style, with the eyes & face shapes. I love Hyan's cute, carefree anatomy, and I also hope to one day have the skills to be able to cleanly cell shade, and draw lovely hair like her. Also in recent times her use of lighting has really helped me out. Hyan also has one of the most lovely ways of using colours that I know of, and is something I've always enjoyed about her art.

luce1301 Another influence with similar styling to Hyanna-Natsu but with more simplicity, Luce helps me with more basic shading and hair.

Sayori As a follower of the Nekopara series, Sayori has been an influence for me for quite a while. Although their shading is much more complex than my own, Sayori's anatomy, posing and faces have helped me shape my artwork. Sayori was also the source of me loving kemonomimi, mainly catgirls. They also got me into learning stuff that leans more towards the suggestive/lewd kind of things.

spittfireart Spittfire has been an idol to me even back in the MLP days, and now she is a big anime style influence to me. She has one of the most clean art styles I know, and her linearting is absolutely amazing, and it something I want to aim for. I love Spittfire's simple yet still detailed shading. She has also been an influence for suggestive artwork, as she draws amazing pin ups of characters, with lovely anatomy.

Kill la Kill (Studio Trigger) Kill la Kill has been one of my absolute favourite anime's since it came out, and the art style was a big plus. I love Studio Trigger's face shapes and carefree anatomy, as well as the character design. Well worth the watch. I miss it so much ;-;

Paul Kwon/Zeronis As someone who enjoys the creation of characters and designs, Paul is more of an influence on how characters are designed, rather than art style. As a League of Legends player, him working for Riot Games and posting his designs and concept art for characters and skins is a really big inspiration for me.

Neko-Rina Rina has been one of my favourite anime artists for a while now, and is an inspiration I've been using for a while. She has lovely linearting, and her anatomy is really good, and something I can aim for. Rina's use of lighting also is a help for me with learning my shading.

Rasbii Although I only found her art recently, it's been an inspiration to me for when I lean towards a more simplistic yet very effective style of shading. Also another example for carefree/cartoony anatomy that I love.

hen-tie I am a far way off being anywhere near Hen's level of art, but their detail in their art is stunning and something I maybe aim to be able to do one day. Hen is also a help with good anatomy.
